A water damage restoration project was successfully completed in Arlington, TX last week by Dalworth Restoration. The homeowner called in to report that her washing machine overflowed and had water in multiple areas. Once the Dalworth technician arrived at the home, he found that several rooms with carpet were affected including baseboards, cabinets, toe kicks, contents and furniture. Since Dalworth arrived to the scene so quickly they were able to extract all the flood water and set up drying equipment, such as fans and dehumidifiers, to remove all remaining moisture. A Dalworth technician went back to the home every day for 4 days to check the equipment and monitor the drying in order to ensure the home would return back to its normal state. Upon completion of the home, Dalworth sprayed the product Benefect (a botanical microbrial disinfectant) throughout the house to kill any remaining germs or trace of fungus.
