I had a bathroom leak and these guys were very helpful and professional to replace and restore the water damage on my ceiling and wall. If you want to work with humble, honest people, these are your guys. One of the repairmen, Josh, was very friendly and efficient to get the job done well. Very pleased with his work and made no mistakes: I didn't have to interject at all to fix anything. The main project manager that I worked with, Anthony, was very reasonable and responsive with regards to coordination of the schedule, payment, and insurance approval. One highlight from him was his willingness to admit an error when there was a discrepancy between their quote for the job and what my insurance approved to pay. Never got the sleazy/used-car-salesman vibe from him. He was reasonable and easy to work with to get the discrepancy corrected. Overall, I say Burke's quality of job and customer service are fantastic, and I definitely recommend!

Thanks Burke's! We had a water leak when an elbow on a pipe broke in the wall. Rhett and the Burke's team knew just what to do. They had us dried out and the problem fixed in no time! We had containment in the entry of our house as well as the garage. They also had to cut into the wall to get the leak fixed. Great job guys, and during the holidays. We really appreciate your fast and great service.

My experience with Burkes was excellent. I had water damage and filed a claim with my insurance and they were all very helpful and answered all of my questions. Jose and his team with mitigation were amazing and Steve Eddy my project manager who helped organize and schedule the repairs on my home. I would highly recommend this company.

Bryan went out of his way to assist me with a flood issue I was having with my apartment when no one else was able to. Cassie the mit tech drove 2 hours to help me, was kind, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Overall, their help with this saved my bacon and got me the chance to get a safe place to live.
