Ethics – A Key Ingredient to Success

Participants will examine the difference between morals and ethics. They will discuss that ethics play in professionalism and how both apply to the insurance industry. Class will understand the
cost of ethics or a lack thereof and how we can do better.

The presenter will share knowledge and insight on the continual evolution of ACORD forms, particularly ACORD certificates. A major portion of the class will be devoted to the most often used certificates of insurance and how agencies can take steps to reducing E & O exposures associated with issuing certificates.
